Sales Policy

For online sales, all items are normally in stock and will be shipped 3 to 5 business days after we receive the order. You will be notified if, for some reason, an item is out of stock or is otherwise unavailable.

Pricing and Shipping

All prices (unless otherwise listed) are in $US.

Payment

Online payment can be accepted from VISA and MASTERCARD. We will also accept cash, check and money order made out to PREVENT CHILD ABUSE KENTUCKY for orders made by telephone. No items will be shipped prior to our receiving payment on orders made by telephone. Our security parameters are listed below.

Product Exchanges and Returns

Products being shipped from our distribution center fall into two categories: Pinwheels and Literature from our Resource Library. We offer no refunds for items in either category, however they are eligible for return or exchange for any reason so long as they are returned in their original condition. If returning an item for a refund, please package the item(s) carefully to ensure they arrive in their original condition. Include the following information: name, address, phone number, reason for the return (in detail).

Trainings | Conference | Workshop | Events

Workshop Registration costs, and, if applicable, their respective nonrefundable deposits, for all PCAK sponsored trainings, conferences, workshops and seminars will be posted on the specific training event pages. PCAK reserves the right to deny refund for events, activities cancelled, postponed, delayed or otherwise altered due to Acts of God or terrorism. All other requests will be considered on an individual basis.

All training materials (both oral and written) conveyed in a workshop or other training setting are the copyrighted intellectual property of PREVENT CHILD ABUSE KENTUCKY or its agents. All rights are reserved.

Photographic and Videographic Release

Participation in a workshop or other trainings or events constitutes acknowledgment of photographic and video graphic release for all events (which may be recorded using any media). Participants implicitly grant PREVENT CHILD ABUSE KENTUCKY permission to their likenesses in a photograph or in a audio or video recording in any and all of its publications or media, including website entries, without payment or any other consideration. PREVENT CHILD ABUSE KENTUCKY may also edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing their programs and initiatives or for any other lawful purpose. Additionally, participants waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein their likenesses appear. Additionally, participants waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph or recording. Participants hold harmless and release and forever discharge PREVENT CHILD ABUSE KENTUCKY of all claims, demands, and causes of action which they, their heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on their behalf or on behalf of their estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

Errors and Omissions

We do our best to provide accurate information. Should an error occur, we will attempt to contact you to make you aware of the error. We reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our website.

Privacy Statement

PREVENT CHILD ABUSE KENTUCKY will not distribute/sell/share customer information with other organizations under any circumstances unless compelled by local, state or federal law.

PREVENT CHILD ABUSE KENTUCKY uses an SSL certificate issued by XXX to protect all transactions for registrations, purchases and donations. All credit card transactions are also processed through and protected by the Authorize.net gateway or through Network for Good (If processing via Facebook).
