One of PCAK’s key partners is the Department for Community Based Services (DCBS). 

The Department is the agency mandated by Kentucky law to receive and investigate all child abuse reports.  The DCBS Central Office, Regional and Local staff are vital to the provision of services children and families in Kentucky.
